Vietshine Rules & Guidelines
1. No obscene materials, obscene postings or obscene nick Please, no pornographic material or links to it. If it is not fit for family members, it is not fit for VietShine. Don't do it. Obscene nick will not be tolerated since VietShine is a family forum, member with obscene nick will be banned without warning. 2. No personal insults or attacks. Vietshine is a friendly community. We all gather here to discuss and share our knowledge in general. Please treat people the way you want to be treated, if you are insulted you can report the post, but do not retaliate. 3. No flame wars or "trash talking" Any attempt to bait others into a flame war will not be tolerated. Any posts we deem to fall in this category will be removed. This inlcudes inflamatory comments about other members. 4. No political postings, discussions or debates. This is a friendly forum for everyone to have fun. Anyone who attempts to post any politically related issues will be banned permanently. 5. Post in the appropriate forum. Please read each forum description before posting to ensure you are posting in the correct forum. Off topic posts will be moved to the correct forum. 6. No duplicate posts, misused fonts or Caps Lock On. If no-one answers your question or responds to your post, please "bump" it rather than posting it again. Posting the same question over and over or in every forum will just annoy people and will not get answers. Any unnecessary use font size/colors or type with caps lock on is prohibited. It is considered "yelling". 7. No spam. Do not use our forum as a redirector to another site for the purpose of collecting click income or advertising. Although there are times when a link to another site is necessary for helping or answering a question, Vietshine reserves the right to determine what is and is not spam. Any spam will be immediately removed and the user warned. 8. No Leechers. Do not just come here to take our links and post at another website/forum. We WILL find out and ban you permanently. We do not encourage our members to steal links from other sites either. If you'd like to share your files with us, you should upload it to a server and post your own links. 9. No Foul Language use. Shout box and forums are places to discuss and share your knowledge. Please do not use any foul language toward any person. You can disagree with someone's opinion, but don't belittle them and yell at them. Also, do not offend or curse at others members - this means NO FLAMING. Administrators will ban you without notice. I have seen alot of members didn't read this rule and didn't follow the rules since this forum first open. Admins are now take some action series for some members didn't follow the rules and guidelines. Please consider.
